Booking an Appointment:

*Please read trough everything. Submission of application form does not guarantee an appointment

*All applicants must be 18+ with ID

When submitting a request for an appointment, please be sure to be as thorough as possible with your descriptions. including reference images of both inspiration & the area of your body you hope to have tattooed.

Custom Designs:

Drawings may be sent the night before your appointment only if previously requested.

Drawings are typically a draft of the design to allow for any adjustments to be made.

Deposits, Cancellation:

Deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Deposits are taken off the final cost of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments cancelled in under 48 hours notice will require a new deposit to reschedule.

Appointments rescheduled more than once may be subject to a new deposit and/or a forfeit of appointment.
